Key Responsibilities:

Based at their International Headquarters and reporting to the Associate Director Medical Education, your responsibilities will include:
- Support of the different Country Organizations with their Drug information needs which will be consistent with the information provided in the US by the Medical Services department.
- Assist in developing the database management system utilized in the US for drug information purposes by the International organization.
- Develop and maintain a hub for scientific data on products, development compounds as well as competitor molecules in support of the company's International need for internal training, health outcomes submissions, preparation of medical educational programs, satellite symposia, etc.
- Serve as a medical and scientific (training) resource to other departments within the company, providing overviews of medical information, background information and clinical use profiles on products within targeted therapeutic areas, and creating responses for internal and customer-related issues consistent with information as provided in the US.
- Interact with members of the Medical and Marketing departments at the company's international organization and others to expedite information requests to health care providers.
- Utilize internet and electronic databases to search for published literature on company products.
- Review, evaluate and summarize the information identified, consistent with information provided in the US, into a written document or verbal response
- Collaborate with US colleagues to maintain a database of the available scientific and medical literature of company's products.
- Assist in internal and external training activities related to current products and drug product launches
Your Profile:

- Possess a Pharm.D. RPh or RN.
- At least 2+ years in medical information/drug information within the pharmaceutical industry is mandatory.
- Familiarity with electronic referencing databases required.
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficient to fluent in the English language
- Flexible, team member with positive attitude, ability to prioritize projects
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook
- Travel once per quarter to country affiliates may be required.
